This program focuses on a persons ability to move themselves in multiple situations. They learn how to use leverage for transfers and moving their body where they need it to be. This program is great for anyone struggling with limited mobility from an injury or simply getting up there in age .

Ground Mobility

What if you need to move faster on the ground? Maybe you are tired of your pants coming off when you try to scoot on your butt. The techniques we use condition our students to understand their center of balance and be able to move their body on the ground with ease and confidence.

Transfer Training

You can be old or have limited mobility the one thing we do most is transfer. Transfer training works on the muscles needed to get from the floor to a chair.  It sounds easy but they don’t teach us that in rehab.

Strength & Flexibility

Bands and Body Weight is mostly what we use to condition our muscles to help us safely execute our daily routine.  Flexibility is important because it reduces spasms and helps keep us limber if we fall.
